Deluxe Roof Maintenance Package – $1200 Base Price
Here’s The Deal:
- Visual Roof Inspection which includes analysis of existing conditions, professional consultation and Service Estimate paperwork included
- Cleaning all of roof (primarily by air) and debris from gutters (estimates will be provided for possibly clogged downspouts) and installing strainers in locations below trees
- Caulking, flashing, re-nailing, and repair of problem areas including all materials necessary based on local availability
- If extensive repairs are needed (exceeding value of $1200) , there will be an additional charge
- Cleaning and painting of all metal hardware on the roof area (roof to wall flashings not included)
- Cleaning of any Solar Panels on roof with ammonia-free glass cleaner
- Tune-Up fee fully credited towards complete replacement (within three years) or full restoration (within one year) of your roofing system by our company
- Deal recommended for all roofing types 10+ years old
The Fine Print
- Service area includes: Alameda, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo Counties and some areas of Contra Costa and Santa Clara Counties. Please contact provider for questions regarding service in other areas and to verify they service your address
- Additional travel fees may apply to some areas
- Written Roof Inspection Report including analysis and general specifications based on exterior observation plus digital photo documentation available at an extra fee
- Deal cannot be combined with other specials or offers
- For residential service only. Commercial projects will incur additional charges
- Appointments are to be performed during normal business hours
- Deal not valid for steep non-walkable roofs; please contact provider for information and terms for servicing steep roofs
- Deal valid for roofs up to 2,500 square feet; additional charges can apply for larger roofs
